WENDY

I started working in a kennels and cattery when I was 13 until I left school. I then went on to get a 'College Diploma in Small Animal Care'

(taken at Reaseheath College of Agriculture), which I passed with 'Merit' in 1992. 

The course was over 12 months.  The assesments covered : small animal care, administration & personal skills, Biological science, mathematics, kennel & cattery management, Grooming(passed with distinction), maintenence of animal housing and lots more.

My Mum is also a dog groomer, and has been for over 35yrs. So, you could say its in my 'jean's'. 

After working in kennels, nearly 12mths within a busy dog grooming salon, a little mobile & home grooming.

I have now set up our 'Pet Salon ' with the kind support of family & friends.
