3. We retain copyright of the design of the web site .
4. There is an annual hosting and support fee of year dependent on your type of website and a 12 month minimum contract.
5. Payment is made when you come to publish your site so you can check that the service meets your requirements before paying.
6. Your web site will be entered into the directory. You consent to this and will provide accurate information so that we can correctly classify your site.
7. You will not add any deflamatory or illegal content to site.
8. You will not add any pornographic content to your site.
9. SpiderSites.co.uk resverves the right to remove any pages deamed unsuitable and suspend the account of the user that creates them.
10. We may email you to keep you uptodate with changes and improvements in the service.
11. Our hosting provider quotes an uptime 99.9%. We will work with the hosting company to quickly remedy any downtime in the event of a failure.
